| Artwork Release Form for Event Announcements You must include a release from the artist of each piece of artwork included in the event announcement. If one person draws your map, another draws your groups device, and another draws a border you must include a release form from each of these three artist with your Black Star submission. FAILURE TO INCLUDE THE RELEASE FORMS FOR ARTWORK WILL RESULT IN YOUR EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT BEING REJECTED. You will then have to resubmit the entire package to the Black Star and pay the late fee - assuming you get it resubmitted in time to be included in that issue of the Black Star. |

| Black Star Cover Template I can accept artwork in nearly any format. However, I prefer 200-300 dpi, RGB or CMYK tif or Photoshop (.psd) documents. Or you can send me the original artwork and I will scan it. Any original art submitted will go into the Black Star files unless you specifically request to have it returned.Please include a signed release form with your submission.
